Steven and Rebecca Bruce began Bruce & Bruce in 1999, as partners in law and partners in life. Married in 1993, they raised four adopted children together and operated Bruce & Bruce together until Steven Bruce began a position in 2026 with the Delaware County Courts. Attorney Rebecca Bruce continues to manage Bruce & Bruce, handling adoptions and related child-centered cases.
